Today’s blog entry will be shorter than what I normally post. We had a very late start to dinner so chores were pushed back. Then, my daddy and my momma shut off the water to try to put a plug on our water hose because we want to remove a dishwasher that we no longer use. I didn’t officially start chores until around 10:30 pm. Here it is almost midnight and I just got finished. I was getting very frustrated because I was cleaning cast irons and there is a specific way that they have to be cleaned. It would just be easier doing it a different way. But I did it the way it was supposed to be done.

It has been a long day. I did get out of the house a couple of times today but it’s also being hot and tiring. I went to McDonald’s for lunch with my daddy and took it home. I also went out with my brother and most of the family except my daddy. He stayed home. We went to my brother’s school for a backyard bash. It was kinda fun but at the same time kind of boring.

I hope that I get some good sleep! I’ve been so tired lately. Between schoolwork and chores I’m pretty much bound to always be busy.
